CATS ON TUESDAY – KITOMATIC CLEANING MACHINES
At two months and 4 days old, the twins, Jimmy and Joey had decided to open up their own business. I was telling them that they were just too young to be involved in any businesses but they insisted on trying their services for the first few days before deciding whether to invest in it. They will need a “guinea pig” to try out their services and who could that be? Well, there’s only one “pig” which is the biggest and fattest in the J Family… Jeremy!

CATS ON TUESDAY – BUSY WEEK AHEAD
Firstly, Mama Jess gave birth to two charming looking babies, Jimmy and Joey. Both are “growing up” too fast within 3 days. Just look at their sizes now. Amazing right? Well, it could be just an optical illusion due to seeing them being born wet and now so fluffily dry and cute.
The next morning, I woke up to find little white rice like tapeworms in the stool of some of the J kitties. Frankly speaking, I do not even know they belonged to which kitty. But once discovered, I have to deworm them immediately before one spread to the other. They just had their pills taken not long ago and I hope the problems would be solved by the end of the day.
The worst thing that ever happened to me was to take my blood test results from the lab. Some results improved compared to the last test I took but my cholesterol level went up 40%. I have to cook more healthy meals at home now instead of eating out all the time, which would be quite a difficult task for me with all the mischievous brats growing up so fast. I hope I would be able to achieve that to be healthier to provide them with the best attention they are entitled to.
Since Papa Jonathan prefer to stay out most of the time, I did not notice well enough that he had lost so much weight. He has gone from a bubbly man cat to a bamboo stick cat. He did eat a lot all the time but since I changed the brand of the cat food (the other was out of stock until now) he usually takes in, he barely touches his food. I got panicked and took him to the vet for checkups. Phew! He was declared healthy but the vet advised me to keep an eye and study closely what his diet was. I did some test this morning and found out that he will just take a bite or two on semi-wet cat food, half if it’s dry but a whole plate of freshly cooked chicken meat. The rest of the kitties had no problems with the food, except Papa Jonathan.
When I came back to my place, I saw blood spots all over my living room. I suspected that one of the Js had caught another creature in the house but there were no signs of any battle and all the kitties looked innocent. I had a hard time cleaning up those blood stains. Just as I was about to sit down for a rest, I saw more blood stains on the floor. I quickly grabbed hold of all the kitties and check their bodies thoroughly. Gosh! Mama Jessica was bleeding from the post delivery. It had never happen before. I had to rush her to the vet. Luckily, the vet comforted me that it was normal for a mother to bleed after delivery but I have to keep an eye on her in case he bled continuously for days. I hope that this will not lead to excessive hemorrhaging which could be fatal. I will just pray for her speedy recovery.

Let’s play a game of “Follow the Leader”. The rules are simple. Follow what the Cat Leader highlighted in the grey box is doing and you get some points. The more points you get, the longer your play time will be extended.
Let’s start the game by clicking the cat in the box now.
See! Now you do not have to be so stressed out anymore Janice :)

CATS ON TUESDAY – A CAT BURGLAR IN THE HOUSE?
The link above is where cat lovers all over the world gathered and share their updates on their pets on every Tuesday. Feel free to drop in if you are a cat lover.
It is always amusing to watch the reactions of animals, especially of different breeds and species trying to interact with another. Cat is one species that has the in-built curiosity and would like to find out more about another creature that they had yet to see, especially when the other creature is smaller than them.
Since I have an empty aquarium in the house, my friend had decided to rear an albino hedgehog in it since getting a ferret would be even costlier than getting a kitten. But I so much wanted a ferret because it can play with the kitties. Sob~ Sob~ :P All the juniors decided to stay away from it, except for Mama Jessica who kept on going into the aquarium to steal the food the hedgehog was having (actually those are some puppy food when worm supplies are low). She’s indeed a mafia mama… haha! Wasted! I did not get the chance to shoot some photos when she was in the aquarium.
Papa Jonathan initially kept his distance from the hedgehog until one day when he heard some scratching noises coming from upstairs when my friend was preparing to feed the hedgehog with some freshly bought worms. He became adventurous and decided to check on the hedgehog at a closer distance. Luckily, I had my camera fully charged to shoot some photos of the whole incident. The story goes as below:
This is the wonder of having a pet at home, what more six kitties, two strays, eight fishes and one hedgehog now. Haha… Life would never be a bore anymore :)

CATS ON TUESDAY – I AM GETTING OLD
The link above is where cat lovers all over the world gathered and share their updates on their pets on every Tuesday. Feel free to drop in if you are a cat lover.
I thought I was the only one getting more white hair each day and dropping some occasionally but it looked like someone else is following my genes. Wait! That can’t be true right? I might be his Daddy but surely Jonathan did not inherit my genes… Haha! Well, I am getting worried too on signs of him losing hair all over his back. Moreover, I think the color of his hair is fading by the day. I see more and more of white hair on him than when he first came into the family. Sign of old age or sign of growing up with a new change of hair?
I have ruled out stress as all he ever did were to eat, sleep, window sighting and running out to play in the grass. Maybe it could be due to some territorial fight he had with the mafia but then he had been staying home for quite some time taking care of Jessica and the kids. I did apply some cream on those spots but still no sign of hair growth. Don’t tell me he is planning to be a bald headed monk for the rest of his life? Hmmm… I better think of something quick before it ever happen.
Anybody has any solution to this hair loss problem? The medication from the vet did not work out. Maybe you have some natural remedy to this?

CATS ON TUESDAY – THE PROBLEM CHILD

WARNING:
DO NOT READ THIS ARTICLE IF YOU ARE HAVING SOME BITES IN YOUR HAND NOW!
Frankly speaking, I do not like what I see too. Jeremy again had some health issues after many trips to the vet. Now the aliens had evolved to something that I had never seen before and they can move all over the place if elimination is not done immediately. So far so good as I have not seen them attacking the rest of the bunch. Can you imagine that they can move whichever direction they like, even without eyes?
Can someone tell me what are they? They are making me panicky now as I am not in a good condition to go anywhere now with a bad flu and fever and I have a bad situation here as well. Here are where they came from. I tried not to make the photos too gross by cropping them straight to the objects.
I would appreciate it if someone will assist me in finding out what these aliens are as I do not think I have the energy to stare at the screen more now. I need to rest before I blacked out. I promise to visit you when I recover. But can I with another dilemma in my hands? Mama Jessica has gone missing from the house since this morning and I am still waiting for my friends to come over to conduct a search party in the neighborhood. Let’s hope she will not wander too far and get lost.
